  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy
